Are you a people person with excellent communication skills? We are looking for a friendly and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the company CRM system.

Requirements:
